Pure Nickel Wire
1: Nickel wire has Good resistance to corrosion in acids and alkalis and is most useful under reducing conditions.
2: In acid, alkaline and neutral salt solutions, Nickel wire shows good resistance, but in oxidizing salt solutions severe attack will occur.
3: Nickel wire is virtually immune to inter granular attack above 315C, chlorates must be kept to a minimum.
4: It is resistant to all dry gases at room temperature and in dry chlorine and hydrogen chloride may be used in temperatures up to 550℃.

Applications:
1: Manufacture and handling of sodium hydroxide, particularly at temperature above 300℃.
2: Production of viscose rayon. Manufacture of soap.
3: Analine hydrochloride production and in the chlorination of aliphatic hydrocarbons such as benzene, methane and ethane.
4: Manufacture of vinyl chloride monomer.
5: Storage and distribution systems for phenol - immunity from any for of attack ensures absolute product purity.
Manufacture Process:
The pure nickel wire are made by advanced vacuum melting process. And by forging, rolling, annealing and drawing. The manufacture process has high standard quality control system.
