Optical fiber contained and jelly filled loose tubes or fillers stranded around the non metallic central strength member (FRP), water blocking compound material filled in the interstice of the cable core, peripheral strength elements, core wrapping layer/ water blocking tape, PE inner sheath, AL-PE composite outer sheath.

Inner packing: cable reel on wooden drums which wrapped with a layer/layers of thermo-resistance material
Outer packing: protect by wooden battens or even secured by steel tape outside
